How LabXchange works
This software enables users to electronically register people for a COVID test, securely capture their information at order entry, transmit the data directly to the lab & communicate test results immediately, manage the testing schedule, and easily track the status of every test.

You can register people for a test by uploading a roster prior to their arrival or manually entering their information as they arrive. Additionally, they can scan a QR code to register themselves. Their insurance info can be captured during this process.

At the time the COVID test is performed, you can verify their insurance eligibility and scan an image of their (or their guarantor's) insurance card using the camera on your mobile device.

After the COVID test is performed, the person's information can be submitted electronically to the lab and the specimen container can be barcoded and sent in for testing.

Once the lab has finished testing the COVID specimen, the test results can be sent to them in realtime via text or email with PatientXchange. Throughout the process, the status of the test can be easily tracked.
