Operations Support Analysts

FrontRunnerHC is seeking Operation Support Analysts responsible for overseeing the daily activity of the Company’s operational performance, ensuring that all systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. The successful candidate will proactively approach the resolution of user issues, handling escalations and monitoring performance to aide in preventing delays and outages. The Data Analyst will create dynamic, scalable reporting systems that accurately represent the underlying story of various data through appropriate visualizations. Prior experience in healthcare a must.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform real-time monitoring of systems

• Review system capabilities and department workflow

• Perform recovery procedures, scheduling and backups and monitor batch processes

• Maintain and update knowledge of various insurance requirements

• Educate applicable departments regarding payor changes

• Manage insurance mapping and post-back mapping for new clients to implement go-live

• Develop, monitor, analyze and report on key metrics on a standard cadence

• Test code and development releases to ensure they are working as expected

• Implement new data analysis processes, models, and tools to better provide information and knowledge to key business decision makers

• Work closely with sales, operations, and development in order to improve sales dialogue and knowledge and enhance current product

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Ability to present complex information in an easy to understand and actionable format

• Knowledge of software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity

• Good technical aptitude and strong analytical ability

• Ability to problem solve while maximizing efficiency

• Works well in a team-oriented environment

• Understand business and client needs and translate into data and IT requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Organization and planning skills-ability to complete projects on time

• Flexibility and multi-tasking-triage and control multiple projects and tasks

• Previous experience in the healthcare space required
