Marketing Assistant
FrontRunnerHC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a broad range of marketing activities. The efforts of this person will help strengthen awareness of the company, enable sales growth, and further enhance our value to current clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong work ethic, solid communication and organization skills, and a desire to be a part of a fast-paced and innovative company.
What are the Qualifications?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications required.

Ideally 2+ years marketing experience

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Prior experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Canva, Wix, Hootsuite, Salesloft, and Salesforce a plus
What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

Support the VP of Marketing to execute the strategic marketing plan

Help write and design marketing and sales-enablement material such as solution overviews, sales messaging, press releases, blogs/articles, white papers, and infographics
​

Help plan, coordinate, create, and promote company-hosted digital marketing initiatives such as webinars
​

Help plan, coordinate, and implement industry events such as conferences, tradeshows and webinars (virtual or face-to-face), including managing deadlines; creating and shipping marketing collateral and booth; coordinating with attendees & assisting with travel details

Help manage the website

Provide marketing administrative and project support (e.g. updating external contact list; doing research to support marketing messages; helping with email campaigns; tracking & ordering promotional items)

Help manage the marketing budget and track marketing program results/metrics
​

Help maintain the digital library of marketing material and ensure employees know where to find updated marketing collateral
​

Monitor key account, industry, and competitive environment/trends/news
​

Help manage, create, and track social media posts and monitor news & social media for potential topics
