FrontRunnerHC is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative responsible for researching prospective customers, creating outreach strategies, and identifying sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to new situations. A solid background in healthcare and technology is a plus.

What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

Build sales pipeline through high volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calling

Work with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads

Conduct discovery with prospective clients and create next steps

Present and articulate product features, benefits and future product direction

Coordinate sales efforts with existing sales team

Partner closely with Sales Executives to develop and implement outreach strategies for your inbound leads

Use Salesforce to regularly track and update leads within the pipeline

Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles; identify projects and scoping potential solutions

Pass qualified and nurtured leads to Sales team
