FrontRunnerHC is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative responsible for researching prospective customers, creating outreach strategies, and identifying sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to new situations. A solid background in healthcare and technology is a plus.

What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

  • Build sales pipeline through high volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calling

  • Work with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads

  • Conduct discovery with prospective clients and create next steps

  • Present and articulate product features, benefits and future product direction

  • Coordinate sales efforts with existing sales team

  • Partner closely with Sales Executives to develop and implement outreach strategies for your inbound leads

  • Use Salesforce to regularly track and update leads within the pipeline

  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles; identify projects and scoping potential solutions

  • Pass qualified and nurtured leads to Sales team
