Implementation Specialist
FrontRunnerHC is seeking a driven Implementation Specialist, responsible for driving overall business rhythm through implementation, training, follow up and ensuring successful and continued usage of the company’s solution. The successful candidate will develop close working relationships with clients while leading all aspects of implementations. Prior revenue cycle management or patient access experience required.

What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

Manage and complete projects from beginning to end of implementation lifecycle for accounts and add on projects to a successful conclusion

Conduct kick-off and introduction conference calls
​

Educate client of available resources in the implementation lifecycle
​

Follow installation standards, project plans and related documentation to ensure a high level of success during the implementation process
​

Explain project goals to help client create and obtain timeline
​

Track project milestones
​

Assist client through implementation period for preparation to work with trainers
​

Problem solve/issue resolution on reported problems/incidents and questions
​

Direct perform follow up as necessary to complete projects
​

Enforce and evolve best practices and processes to ensure quality and consistency
​

Provide exceptional customer service
