Customer Success Manager

FrontRunnerHC is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) responsible for managing accounts by allocating appropriate time to high priority goals, requirements and sales opportunities. The CSM must be capable of developing and maintaining executive level relationships through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. The right candidate will have the proper skills to develop a keen understanding of the customers’ needs and challenges and design solutions with lasting meaningful business impact to our customers. A complete understanding of the Healthcare Industry, specifically in the lab space, and EDI is required.

What are the Qualifications?

  • Experience in EDI systems, patient access and eligibility a must

  • Experience in revenue cycle management within a lab/lab billing setting

  • Demonstrated success in achieving client satisfaction through keeping customer commitments, resolving customer problems and exceeding expectations

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain solid and durable client relationships

  • Strong presentation and project management skills

  • Exceptional leadership abilities

  • Complete understanding of the Healthcare System

  • Previous experience with medical software and account management

  • Good technical aptitude

  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision

What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

  • Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth

  • Provide follow-up training for new and existing customers

  • Apply clear logic on how our software works on our customers

  • Use and leverage CRM tools (eg. Salesforce)

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities resulting in new and elevated relationships

  • Plan, prioritize and organize tasks based on their business need

  • Exhibit flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs

  • Work with internal team to resolve any technical issues and improve product to meet client demands

  • Consult with existing customers to recommend new and enhanced services and training that can help best meet their objectives

  • Analyze performance data and devise strategies leveraging our software to increase performance

  • Remain current on relevant industry and internal company products, pricing, markets, plans and developments
