Administrative Assistant
FrontRunnerHC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant responsible for performing a wide-array of office and administrative tasks to better assist management and provide direct support to the President & CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The position is an in-office position for our Plymouth, MA office.

Prior experience supporting senior management

Experienced with Microsoft Office suite

Successful track record of managing administrative tasks and projects

Experience with managing calendars and scheduling

What will I do at FrontRunnerHC?

Provide day-to-day support to the President & CEO and Executive team, and employees as needed

Arrange all company meetings and events; create and assist with preparation of business presentations, secure lodging and site rental, arrange catering needs
​

Attend internal and external meetings as needed and take thorough notes
​

Schedule calls and meetings, send calendar invites
​

Communicate effectively with company regarding announcements and business updates
​

Maintain and store all company passwords and site log-in information
​
-
Answer, screen, and direct callas as needed
​

Manage all aspects of the office
​

Order and maintain supplies, troubleshoot malfunctions
​

Communicate closely with property manager
​
-
Manage office layout and equipment procurement
​

Clean and maintain office cleanliness (vacuum, remove trash & recycling, clean and organize)
​

File, organize, and maintain all company documents
​

Review and sign vendor and partner contracts
​
-
Complete and update insurance applications
