Business Development Representative

FrontRunnerHC is seeking an energetic Business Development Representative responsible for researching prospective customers, creating outreach strategies and identifying sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to new situations. A solid background in healthcare and technology is a plus. Further responsibilities include:

  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through cold calling

  • Work with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads

  • Build sales pipeline

  • Conduct discovery with prospective clients and create next steps

  • Manage customer calls, presentations and demonstrations

  • Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles; identify projects and scoping potential solutions

  • Pass qualified and nurtured leads to Sales team

  • Present and articulate product features, benefits and future product direction

  • Coordinate sales efforts with existing sales team

  • Partner closely with account executives to develop and implement outreach strategies for your inbound leads

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years recent sales experience, preferably in the healthcare space or software industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
