Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing accounts by allocating appropriate time to high priority goals, requirements and sales opportunities. He/she must be capable of developing and maintaining executive level relationships through opportunity planning, executive involvement and value selling. The right candidate will have the proper skills to develop a keen understanding of the customers’ needs and challenges and design solutions with lasting meaningful business impact to our customers. A complete understanding of the Healthcare Industry and EDI is required. Additional responsibilities include: 

 

  • Engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth

  • Provide follow-up training for new and existing customers

  • Apply clear logic on how our software works on our customers

  • Use and leverage CRM tools (eg. Salesforce)

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities resulting in new and elevated relationships

  • Plan, prioritize and organize tasks based on their business need

  • Exhibit flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs

  • Work with internal team to resolve any technical issues and improve product to meet client demands

  • Consult with existing customers to recommend new and enhanced services and training that can help best meet their objectives

  • Analyze performance data and devise strategies leveraging our software to increase site performance

  • Remain current on relevant industry and internal company products, pricing, markets, plans and developments

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Strong background in revenue cycle or related experience required

  • Previous management/supervisory, collaborative experience preferred

  • Proven computer and presentation skills

  • Experience in EDI systems, patient access and eligibility a must

  • Demonstrated success in achieving client satisfaction through keeping customer commitments, resolving customer problems and exceeding expectations​

  • Complete understanding of Healthcare System

  • Previous experience with medical software and account management
